Do we still need to bring a paper menu?

The QR menu is usually seen by guests and guests are becoming more familiar with the usage of QR menu, some of our customers stopped using paper menus after the implementation of the QR menu.

How does it works?

Using our solution, guests can leave reviews both in your internal system (allowing you to work on the quality of service), and on external review services like Google Reviews and Tripadvisor.

Can we publish only positive reviews?

You can redirect guests who leave 5 stars to external review services (Google Reviews and Tripadvisor), and all reviews with 4 stars or less to our internal private system.

Can I redirect guests to my social networks?

Yes, you can display links to your social media on the screen after the guest leaves a tip, and recommend subscribing to your groups.

You will have access to a business console, where you can see statistics on tips and reviews received by each of your employees.

Can I collect only reviews, without tips?

You can, but we advise you to use the full range of functionality available in GlobalTips, proven to work in more than 700 restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Why should I switch from my paper menu to your digital QR Menu?

The digital QR Menu has many advantages: you don't need to order new paper menus every time, your guests don't have to wait for a waiter to bring the menu, you get feedback from guests, and your employees receive more tips.

How should I place your QR codes in my venue?

We will provide you with special polymer 3D stickers for tables, which do not damage your furniture and do not peel off. Each sticker will have a QR code printed on it, opening your digital QR Menu.

Can I have the stickers in my own design?

Yes, we support customization of materials.

I don't want to stick anything on the table, how else can it work?

If you don't want our 3D stickers, we can provide plastic cards with QR codes and NFC, which are placed in special holders that will stand on your tables.

Why do I need your system for ordering without waiters?

Using our solution with the digital QR menu and ordering right from the table, your guests will save time, not having to wait for waiters to first bring the menu, then again to call and wait for waiters to place an order, and then at the end - wait for them a third time to pay. It's more convenient.

I value interaction with guests, I don't want to replace waiters with QR codes.

We don't prevent you from interacting with guests. In fact, with our system, waiters will have more time to actually take care of guests and interact with them, rather than just carrying menus and taking orders.

How much does your system cost?

We have a monthly subscription for businesses and a commission for payments from guests (for the time they save not waiting for waiters). The commission on payments for you is 0%.

No, the guest does not need to install a separate app. The guest scans the QR code and a web page with the menu and other functionality opens.

My kitchen ends work earlier than the bar, how to turn off all the food in your menu?

There is a setting for time for individual menu categories or entire menus. You can set it so that all dishes fall into an automatic stop-list (and return in the morning), but drinks will continue to be available until a different time.

Is it mandatory to install your apps for collecting tips?

It's not mandatory, you can use the web version of our service, but for the convenience of your employees, we recommend using mobile applications.

How can I withdraw money from your application?

All the tips collected and distributed to an employee can be withdrawn in a few clicks to their personal bank account via IBAN.

What personal information do my employees need to provide to work with your system?

For registration and verification, when an employee opens an account, they must provide a photo of their ID and information about themselves - similar to opening an account with any online bank.

Why should I trust you and how do you handle my employees' personal data?

GlobalTips is not a financial organization. Your employee opens an account with our banking partner - Stripe, and that is where all the requested information is provided. GlobalTips does not receive or store your employees' personal information.

How do I register in your business console?

Leave a request on our website, or contact our office through any available contacts, and we will quickly connect your establishment to one of the chosen services and register you in the business console using your mobile phone number.

What information will I be able to see in the business console?

Depending on which GlobalTips services you enable, you will see a different set of information. Tips, reviews, the configuration of your menu, all incoming payments - everything you want.

Can my accounting department get extracts of all payments through your business console?

Yes, we provide the ability to download extracts of all payments that have passed through our system for any period of time you need.

Can I use your business console to assess the performance of my employees?

Yes, the function of monitoring the performance of your employees is one of the key features.

Do you only produce stickers and cards? What if I want table tents or large QR code posters?

We have extensive experience working with different material formats, and the QR/NFC cards and 3D polymer stickers we have chosen are the best option for you. We do not recommend producing custom materials because we cannot control the quality of the products.

How much do branded cards and stickers cost?

How long will it take to produce branded materials?

Typically, it takes 2 weeks to manufacture and deliver a batch of branded materials.
